什么是7979？
7979，谐音“去救去救”，是全人关怀团队自2010年发起的救助网络。
透过在各教会设立的7979全人关怀站，
为社区提供全人关怀的救助及社区服务。
若有人要求救于警察或电招救护车，马上会联想到紧急拨号999。
但警察无法处理社会上许多因突发事故造成生活及经济陷入困境的个案。
这些急难个案若想向教会求助，我们希望他们可以联想到7979。
What Is 7979？
7979 sound like “Go Save Go Save” in Mandarin, is a relief network established by Holistic Integrated Services (HISTEAM) in 2010. 7979 Care Stations set up by partner churches are to provide holistic care relief and community services to their respective communities.
Whenever someone seeking for emergency assistance, either police or ambulance, they’ll immediately think of dialling emergency no. 999. However, police do not render assistance to individuals to resolve social or financial related issues brought about by a crisis. Should any of such families wish to seek emergency help from churches, we hope they’ll think of 7979!

一间教会能做的有限，因此我们希望联系全马基督教会成立一遍布全国的7979全人关怀救助社服网络，
共同为各自所在的社区提供全人关怀救助及社会服务。
而我们则提供三大方面的支援：
There is always a limit to what one church can do, therefore we hope to connect Malaysian churches throughout the country to form a national Holistic Care & Relief Services Network, providing holistic relief care and community services at their respective communities. 什么是7979全人关怀站？
WHAT IS 7979 HOLISTIC CARE STATION？
7979全人关怀救助社服网络的成立，是透过在各教会设立7979全人关怀站，藉此走入社区，了解社区急难家庭的困扰及需要，访视及帮助能力所及之个案。即若该个案是教会能力范围之外，也会转介至其他专业服务组织。
7979 Holistic Care Relief & Services Networks is make up of 7979 Care Stations that are set up by partner churches, for the purpose of going into community, visit and reach out to families hit by crisis, understand their concerns and needs, and provide timely assistance to eligible cases that are within the capabilities of the churches. For cases beyond their abilities to handle, they may refer to other professional services organisations.

在人人自危、自扫门前雪的年代，让我们将已经冷漠的爱心加热起来，已经失去的初衷重新找回来。这社会还有许多弱势群体需要我们时时刻刻的关怀，不离不弃的陪伴。
In this era where people are becoming more self centered, only care for themselves, let us re-ignite our hearts that have turned indifferent and restore our long lost aspiration. There are still many underprivileged families in our communities who need our continual care and constant companionship.
从陪读到家庭关怀
FROM COMPANIONSHIP CLASS TO FAMILY CARE
逾80岁的叶婆婆，住在教会附近的组屋区里多年，同住者有离婚的大儿子、两名孙女，以及单身的小儿子。因此叶婆婆仍肩负教育这两名10岁和11岁孙女的责任。但是叶婆婆本身没受过高等教育，以致无法辅导两名孙女的课业，又缴不起外面昂贵的补习费……
Mdm. Yap, an 80+ year old lady, had been staying for many years at a flat nearby our church, together with a divorced son, two granddaughters, and her youngest son who are still single. Thus, Mdm. Yap still needs to bear the responsibility of educating the two granddaughters who are 10 and 11 years old. As she herself was not highly-educated, so she is not able to help them on their homework. She also can’t afford to pay for their tuition fees.

如同生在黑暗中的蛹，经历挣扎，脱去捆绑，破茧而出。努力振动翅膀，迎向绚烂的旅途。
Transformation of a person’s life is often the most touching incident.
Like a pupa in the dark, going through struggles, and finally releases from bondage to emerge out of its cocoon. Stretches out it wings and flies toward a splendid journey.
