The Well Water Has Gushed Forth!

On the 12th day after the earthquake (April 9), the 1919 Relief Centre in Naypyidaw finally dug a usable well!
This water washed away more than ten days of dust from the disaster victims, restoring both their dignity and a sense of hope in daily life.
Although the water remained murky, volunteers used rice husk powder and cloth to create makeshift filters, allowing everyone to finally bathe, flush toilets, and breathe easier in a return to normalcy.
The 1919 Service Stations continued their operations:

Providing meals, distributing lunch boxes, and visiting hospitals
Reaching out to displaced civil servants at train stations and shelters

Student volunteers entering the Inle Lake disaster zone to deliver relief supplies and light candles in prayer
